Let's Meet 

It is important that this screening form is filled out in its entirety. Incomplete contact forms are likely to be ignored. Please be advised that this is the initial step to booking a date and does not guarantee anything.

All appointments require a deposit once screening has been completed. Your date is not confirmed until a deposit is paid. A deposit in the amount of 25% is the standard unless you are booking for extended trips and/or FMTY. 

Deposits are refundable as long as the cancellation is outside of 72 hours. Your deposit amount will go towards the overall total of the date. If I cancel your date I will refund the deposit promptly.

FMTY and DMTY dates require a deposit PLUS the cost of travel to be confirmed. 

​

Its important to know that I do not do same day appointments when requests are sent after 6pm. Proper screening takes time. You should plan accordingly.
